Can I change the booking date and time or cancel a booking?

You are not able to change the date or time of a confirmed booking. However, in case you are not available anymore at the scheduled date / time, you can cancel the booking and book a new one from the beginning.

To cancel your booking, you need to log in to your account and click on "Bookings". Find the related booking and click on “Cancel”. Please check our cancellation policy before you cancel your booking. Contact us at [email protected] in case of any questions.
