There was a problem with my booking. What should I do?

After the Show ends, you will receive an email where you can report any problem that happened by clicking the relevant link. Alternatively you can log in to your Account and in the "Bookings" section you can click "Report and Issue" in the relevant booking. This option is active within 48 hours after the Main Show date and time.

When a booking problem is reported we will support the process of finding a solution with your Magician.
